Catch Your Breath Release New Album Not Broken Enough

AUSTIN, TX — August 28, 2026 — Austin hard rock band Catch Your Breath have officially released their new album, Not Broken Enough, through Thriller Records. The 11-track record features previously released songs including “[Gen]inside” featuring Kami Kehoe and “Blood Money,” alongside the band's latest single, “Red Alert.”

The album focuses on frustration, emotional exhaustion, and the determination to keep moving forward even when life feels like an endless cycle of disappointment.

“Not Broken Enough is for anyone exhausted by a world that constantly lets them down, who wakes up to the same cycle of disappointment every day but still shows up anyway,” the band explains.

That idea carries into “Red Alert,” which takes a more confrontational approach to recognizing when someone is playing games and choosing to step back rather than react.

“‘Red Alert’ is about that moment you catch on to their little games,” the band says. “When you decide to keep your mouth shut, wait, and watch them trip over their own traps.”

With vocalist Josh Mowery, guitarist Teddy Herrera, bassist Cianan Madigan, and drummer Onell Hernandez, Catch Your Breath have developed a sound that combines modern hard rock with electronic textures, atmospheric production, and emotionally charged songwriting.

The band first broke through with “Shame On Me,” before “Dial Tone” became a major turning point, surpassing 100 million streams. Since then, they've toured extensively with artists including Falling In Reverse, Ice Nine Kills, Breaking Benjamin, Nothing More, and Three Days Grace, while performing across North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan. They've also appeared at major festivals such as Download Festival, Welcome To Rockville, Sonic Temple, and Nova Rock.

To support Not Broken Enough, Catch Your Breath will hit the road this fall for the Not Broken Enough Tour. The nearly two-month run begins October 16 in Cincinnati and features support from TX2, Arankai, and Colorblind.
